The madeleines are served in a pair, and I have requested to have 2 madeleines in matcha tea flavour, after all, I'm a #matchaholic!
The matcha flavour is quite weak, which I'm slightly disappointed (But well, this is London, so I can't expect too much). Nevertheless, it has a moderate sweetness and it is spongy and soft in the inside.
